With the many scams and scammers out there selling Fortnite accounts, I was leery. But after buying an account, I am very happy with what FortniteKings.net delivered. Received the full account access (email address and password) plus instructions suggesting I change that password right away and how to do so. The account has all the advertised skins and works fine. For transactions over $50, to pay them directly you must use a cryptocurrency (like Bitcoin). I did not want to do that so they offered a way to pay for it using PayPal. Worked fine.
